I simply dun understand this funda of reservation
Is it really filling the gap between the communities??or is it a lollipop to please the voters?
Even after years of thinking,i can't find one single good reason which goes in favor of
CASTE BASED RESERVATION
I dun know what exactly is proved by giving reservation.Do they want to prove that people of certain castes are born with lower IQ's or they have got lesser cranial capacities than others??
Qualifying marks in competitive examinations which are 50% for unreserved(UR) candidates is 40% for reserved category(SC/ST)
Any answer why??
If doctors,will they treat only some particular less serious type of diseases or will they not have to tackle emergencies or If engineers,will they be offered only particular type of less efficient jobs??
why is government playing with the life of common man,coz after all its the common man who'll go to these doctors,not politicians,they rather go abroad for there treatment...
All reserved category candidates are given scholarships.Can I ask why??
In our country,is it so that people from only certain castes are financially unstable?Do all 'brahmins','kshatriyas' nd 'baniyas' belong to very well to do families??
Then why scholarships based on caste?
And lemme tell u that the scholarship money is often used to buy costly mobiles,speakers nd lot more.....and its not like that government does not know all this.this is an indirect bribe to secure there vote banks..
Again after reservation in UG,there is reservation for PG.Why yar??
when they have studied in the same college,with same standards,with same teachers as any other UR candidate,why is reservation in PG level required??
why someone who studied in welham's(vry famous school in d'dun where star kids like kareena kapoor study) needs reservation??
why someone who otherwise can spend thousands of rupees for hain straightening needs reservation??
why someone who otherwise carries a PUMA handbag,wears ADDIDAS jacket n shoes needs reservation??
Now the worst part is the promotions in government service.
All reserved category employees are given promotion on priority,earlier than any UR category employee.that means any of your junior can become your senior not coz he/she was good at work or more efficient but rather coz he was born in a particular caste.
WHY??
ANY ANSWERS??
and most of us must have beared the brunt of this reservation directly or indirectly.
with all dis so much frustation sets in,then how can you expect anyone to feel equal with a reserved category 'banda',ofcourse the gap is widening.

yar seedhi si bat ye hain ki till we continue to have dis caste based reservation,INDIA can not stop the brain drain,can never truly be a developed country n can never boast to be a secular country
